Our 9D Breathwork sessions is an immersive nine-dimensional experience which combines somatic breathwork, guided vocal coaching, and cutting-edge technology through our headphones. Facilitators, Lena and Rose will bring everything to your home, to comfortably accommodate you and your guests the most transformation breathwork session ever! The host will be gifted a complimentary session for inviting Vegas Breathwork to your home.
What is 9D Breathwork?

home session
Would you like to have a private group 9D Breathwork session in your home?
The host will receive a complimentary breathwork session, when she invites 6 or more of her friends to join her. We have the opportunity to accommodate up to 12 people at one time.
What do we bring?
With each session, Vegas Breathwork will bring all of the accoutrements for our 9D breathwork. We will have our (1) yoga mats, (2) blankets, (3) eye mask, (4) knee bolster, (5) head cushion, which is also used to sit on during the singing bowl session, (6) headphones. After the breathwork session, we will bring out our hand-woven, knotted wool round rug to have Lena perform the selenite healing bowl session on, with our beautiful and magical 7-instrumental glass healing bowls.
The space required
The space that is required for our 9D Breathwork session, should be in an ample room with enough space for the number of guests you are having. Our yoga mats are 68"L x 24"W x 6mm and are made from PVC and latex-free. When laid out we need to have 1 to 2 feet (or more room if possible) separating each mat.
Clean space
Because your guests will be laying on our yoga mats, the floor or carpeting must be clean and free from debris. We ask that you wash your hard surfaced floors or vacuum the carpeting before we arrive to prepare for your private home session. Select a room that is ample space for your quests.
Dress comfortable
With all of our breathwork sessions, we find that the more comfortable and lose your clothing is, the better. We want you to be relaxed and comfortable, this is not a dressy occasion. Shoes will be off during our session.
Cellphones turned off
This is a non-cellphone atmosphere when we are at your home. During the breathwork session, we ask that you turn off your cellphones and place them away from you, perhaps in another room. After the session has completed, you are more than welcome to take images of Lena performing her healing bowl session, yet we ask that your phones are muted and that you do not take any calls during her musical ceremony.
The Change within You
In order for this to work, you must participate with the breathing and the screaming. Rose will go through the importance of deep, long breaths and the relevance to screaming during your session. Please remember, "you are in a safe environment." Remember, this is about the depth of your breath, and the elation of your screams.
No pets or children
We love kids and pets! However, with these sessions you and your guests cannot have the typical day-to-day disturbances. The breath session is a 2-hour session so please be respectful for the use of your time.
